A number of couples who get married at the Rectory do so in under 6-9 months. Forget all those terrrible urban legends you've heard. We are talking from 1st hand experience here including a family member who organised their own wedding in less than 4 months!!!  It is now possible to hold a civil ceremony at the Rectory since legislation was passed in November 2007. As a regulation of the HSE department in Ireland you can only hold these ceremonies inside a permananent structure so tents and marquees etc. do not seem possible. As it is not possible to perform these in your own home or private dwelling the Rectory is the next best thing. We can cater for these in the blue or red room depending on your numbers. Both rooms overlook the Rectory lawn and Glandore Harbour.
