The Rectory is an ideal venue for a group get-together or family gathering, whether it is a birthday, anniversary, club or business party. The front lawn is an ideal location for a drinks reception or alternatively this can be held in the cosy surroundings of the house. The party can be as formal or informal as you like ranging from black tie events to the regular smart-casual attire of the flip flop goers.
There are various types of packages and party types ranging from 45 to up to 200 guests. (Please check options as this can vary at different times of the year or day of week)
- Full Day Dinner Parties from 45 to 120 seated guests plus additional 80 evening. Ideally suited to weddings, dinner parties and luxury corporate events
- BBQ/Buffet Midweek Evening Parties from 45 to 150 guests. Mix of seated and standing. Suited to birthday, anniversary, club & corporate
- Evening Cocktail Parties from 75 to 200 guests. Suited to night time party events with entertainment such as dances, club, corporate, family occasion.
The Georgian restaurant is the perfect location to relax, absorb breathtaking views, sample cuisine, while enjoying a memorable party. The huge bay windows of the Rectory afford excellent views over the lawn and Glandore coastline giving the impression you are eating in the garden but within the comforts of the vibrant red and green dining rooms. Even on a dull day the venue doesn’t feel gloomy as there is nothing to block or obstruct the views of the harbour.
The Rectory staff believes your party should be a feast and work extremely hard at maintaining high standards of service without losing touch of the friendly West Cork charm. It is a party at the end of the day.
